I've drawn a scale bar in the image with "Analyze-Tools-Scale bar...", however, after I saved the image as Tiff, I insert the image into Adobe Illustrator, the scale bar was missing. I have changed the image from grey to RGB in case that I had forgotten to do so, but still the scale bar didn't show up. Please help me!

You need to "flatten" the image (Image>Overlay>Flatten) before saving in TIFF format, or uncheck "Overlay" in the dialog box when creating scale bars.
