I have updated java, fiji and bought a new video board EVGA and I stil get red error messages in the console window. 
I am running under Windw 7 on a 64 bit OS. 

I can't grapb eht copnsole text and I cant paint a sip into this messenger. I can send you the screen grab if you give me an email.

You should be able to copy text from the console window by selecting it and pressing Ctrl+C. Then paste here using Ctrl+V.

If you are unable to copy/paste, then I fear you'll have to manually type in the message. Otherwise, there is little we can do to help.
