When updating, after re-launching Fiji, it gave me an error when trying to copy the jar files from the /update foder to the original one. It said something like "error when moving update/xxxx.jar to whatever_dir/xxxx.jar: the file already exists".

This should be fixed with a patch series ending in bd54c788(UpdateFiji: fix backslash vs slash issue on Windows).
