On creation of a subproject, a trakem2.xxx project folder is created in the default location, that is, pwd.

Saving the project somewhere else will leave this folder there.

I suggest to create the temporary folder at the project path of the original project, that is, next to its temporary folders.

This error deserves fixing but has low priority.

Then adjust at least the severity. You could also give an estimate when you will be able to come around to do it. I'll mark it as REMIND, then, even if I doubt that my original assessment was incorrect.
