Description Stephan Saalfeld 2010-06-24 11:51:28 CDT
Adding or removing pre-processor scripts to selected patches occasionally freezes Fiji. The freeze is so fundamental that Fiji cannot exit properly, all Windows are dead and not updated any more. No CPU usage, no busy harddisk, just frozen. For that reason, I can also not attach an appropriate Exception but just what my screen is showing to me. This happened already five times to me but is not repeatable because happening non-deterministically. See the attached screenshot.

Happened again. It seems to be related to emptying the cache because it happened after navigating the data set for a while.

Also, setting a pre-processor script to selected patches blocks user input while removing a script does not (I prefer not blocking in both cases). Adding a script to patches should also first add all scripts and queue regeneration of mipmaps, currently, this seems to be sequential and locking.

Seems to be fixed for me---thanks a lot!
