Steps:

1) File > Import > Image Squence
2) Select folder with a BeanShell script on it and click on any of the images.

The script is run previous to the "Sequence Options" dialog.

You should be able to exclude scripts by specifying an appropriate pattern. Unless you have a good idea how to detect reliably what file contains an image, and what file does not, I would rather like to close this bug without taking any action.
