Description leonor_grilo 2010-12-13 11:12:02 CST
[I open the image stack in Fiji - the files are located in the PC hard drive. I change the image properties (unit of lenght and so on) and set the image contrast/brightnes to Auto. Then I start a new TrakEM2 project and try to load to stack and I get a blury white cross inside a square on a black background. I can scroll thought the layers but the image doesn't change. A window entitled Rapair:Untitled 0 opens saying Double-click any to repair file path along with a list of files]

Dear Leonor,

Is it a:

* grayscale stack 8-bit with/without LUT
* grayscale stack 16-bit with/without LUT
* grayscale stack 32-bit with/without LUT
* RGB stack
* Composite stack, with perhaps 16-bit color channels

And it is opened as:
* virtual stack
* all in memory (regular stack)

And the file exists in:
* your local file drive
* in a network share (how is it mounted?)

And which file format? TIFF, lsm, ... ?

More information is necessary to address the problem.

Albert

Silence is wonderful, a sign that no problems exist anymore.
