Description Gavin 2011-10-08 03:27:26 CDT
Currently the feature stack can be saved but not loaded in the advanced weka segmenter (AWS). Computing the stack seems to take quite a lot of time when compared to updating the classifier with new rois/arff data post stack computation. Thus it'd save compute cycles to be able to load a previously computed stack rather than either 1) having to keep AWS open to keep the stack in memory (AWS is currently using 40/128G on our server, for example) or 2) having to recompute the stack simply to add a few pixels to the classifer (which, obviously, can be saved).

We'll try to add new capabilities to the plugin so it can save/load the session.
