Hello,
I'm currently using the simple neurite tracer and presenting the traces with the 3d viewer

I noticed that there is an option to change the original z-stack colors using fiji, however after doing so, the change cannot be seen in the 3d viewer.

From what I saw, there is no way to change the image color in the 3d viewer (not the traces but the original reconstructed figure)

Thank you for your help

This seems like a feature request for me; hopefully Mark has enough time to take care of it (although I would strongly suggest to offer some benefit to him such as co-authorship).

Hi Noa,

You can change the colour of the original volume in the 3D viewer by selecting it in the 3D Viewer, and then using the viewer's Edit > Change color option. I hope that's enough for your needs - I'm afraid I don't think it would be worth trying to do anything more sophisticated in Simple Neurite Tracer, so I'm closing this bug now.

Please re-open bug if that doesn't work for you.

regards,
mark
