Description Sebastian Rhode 2012-09-19 10:54:39 CDT
Hi guys,

I encountered the following problem.

Data: 18x4 tiles with 3 color channels for each tile

I have for different folders, with 72 images each. One folder for Red, one for Blue, one for Green and one for the RGB image.

When I stitch those images it works fine, if i stitch the channels separately. When I tries to stitch the RGB images, the resulting output has 4 channels (?). And the last one is empty.
And the 1st one (Red) only contains 1 tile, the rest of the image = 0.

There are no error messages, but something must have gone wrong. What info do you need, to pin this problem down?

Thanks for your help,

Sebi

Sebastian: Is this bug still an issue with an up-to-date Fiji? And is this problem distinct from Bug #444 (http://fiji.sc/bugzilla/﷒0﷓)?

I guess that one of the many changes in Stitching fixed it.

Feel free to reopen if not!

It did.

Thanks, Sebi
