TrakEM2 does not save PPS paths as relative paths.  If relative paths are set by script which is the only way of doing it currently for a very large number of patches (some unreleased cache filling up memory?)  then, initially ,everything works correctly.  Only after project save and reload, the paths are changed from
"script.bsh" to "/script.bsh" which is a wrong absolute path---that does not work any more.

This is not a blocker for the normal user that uses the GUI but for those who use scripting.
