If i make a new project and import and align the images, everything is fine. but as soon as I draw some arealists and reopen the project, trakem2 can not find the images anymore. It then asks me to tell where these images are, then I click on one of this paths on this list. The pop-up "Fix Paths" appears and after pressing 'OK', the path to be repaired disappears from the list.

I checked the .xml file of this project. The image file paths there are the right ones.

I've fixed a few potential errors for file paths in Windows. I cannot test it myself. Could you see to download http://t2.ini.uzh.ch/edge/TrakEM2_.jar and test this bug in Windows?

I've merged fix-windows-path branch to master. If you'd like to triage this bug further please try with latest released TrakEM2_.jar from "Help - Update Fiji".

I assume the error does no longer appear.
