Hello,

I have performed a Fiji update this morning and the windows seems to be managed differently. In particular:
- the Log window does not appear anymore in the Window menu although it is open;
- names of image windows still appear in the Window menu list even after the images have been closed individually, but they disappear when I use File>Close.

These are only little issues but still a little perturbing, so I just wanted to mention their occurrence.

I cannot reproduce this behavior on my OS X 10.9 system with a fully updated Fiji.

That one I _can_ reproduce. We'll investigate and follow up with anything we discover. There are a couple of more pressing bug-fixes to work on first, however, so it may be a few more days.
