I just tried to submit a bug using the 'Help > Report a bug' command. When trying to submit the bug, I get two error messages:

> Your email address (jan.eglinger@uni-duesseldorf.de) didn't match
> a Bugzilla account. Either create an account for that email address,
> which is the recommended option, or leave the email field blank.

(I made sure the email address is a valid bugzilla account.)

Then, after clicking on OK:

> The user in the Cc: field was unknown

I am not sure if this is a regression due to my recent edit of the Bug_Submitter class [1], or if it is another issue.

On a related note, I saw that new bugs appear to not trigger an email being sent to imagej-builds@imagej.net, although the address appears in the Assignee field.

Apparently, the culprit wasn't me but the recent change of the default assignee email address.
