Description Vassilis Kehayas 2014-08-11 04:55:49 CDT
Contrary to previous versions, where when you run the command histogram you would be asked whether to apply it on a stack or not, my current version does not present this option anymore.
You can confirm that the process is not appied on the whole stack but rather on the given slice of the stack that is on the foreground by changing between two different slices.

It looks like the Analyze > Histogram command has not had that prompt for quite some time: when running Analyze > Histogram on the Mitosis sample, ImageJ 1.44p has the prompt, but ImageJ 1.45s does not.

Wayne: Would you consider this a regression that should be fixed? Or should we close this issue as WONTFIX?
Comment 2 Wayne Rasband 2015-04-06 21:58:11 CDT
The latest ImageJ daily build (1.49r12) fixes this v1.45 regression that caused the Histogram command to lose its ability to be applied to composite color stacks.
