While trying to analyze some beads (pictures taken with microscope)
i've been testing out some different threshold for my sequence of pictures.
Whenever i sue something different then default, ImageJ aswell as fiji does not cycle through the pictures. When i upload a series of 40 pictures, then threshold it in something different then default. Then click Analyze particles (with show outline) . The results are 40 times the same, when looking at the outline is see ImageJ/fiji has taken my last picture and analyzed it 40 times (and not any of the 39 other slices). Because the default threshold is not the best for me it ll make analyzing my series pretty hard.
