Hi,

I was following the instructions on this page http://pacific.mpi-cbg.de/wiki/index.php/Simple_Neurite_Tracer:_Sholl_analysis
to perform Sholl analysis on my image.

One step says "... when you've got the red cross-hairs at a suitable point, still holding down control / alt and shift, press the 'a' key. Then you can release the other keys. You should see the Sholl analysis interface appear like this: ", but even when press the "a" key, nothing happens...

I am wondering if you have a solution for this.
Thank you,
Hiro

It looks as if your copy of Fiji isn't up-to-date. Could you run Help > Update Fiji, apply all the updates, restart Fiji and do the same again until you're told there is nothing to update?

If that doesn't fix the problem, I suspect that this is the issue with the window not having focus when you press those keys, as I explain here:

Mark, I think it is safe to assume that your suggestion fixed the issue, do you concur to close this issue as fixed?
Comment 3 Mark Longair 2011-03-15 09:49:29 CDT
OK, I'm closing it as WORKSFORME.

Hirokazu Fukui: if my suggestion in the link above didn't fix the problem for you, please reopen this bug report.
