3D viewer function could not work on updated version of Fiji.

1. From imagej 1.47f update to 1.47j, there are two exe files on Fiji folder.
The ImageJ-win64.old could excute the 3D viewer function, but the ImageJ-win64 could not complete the 3D viewer. The ImageJ-win64 need to install Java3D before running the 3D viewer at the first time.

2. After downloading the latest Fiji version and doing the update, it still could not call 3D viewer correctly.

Problem also occurred on Mac OS 10.8, 3D viewer cannot find classes from java.media.opengl

I have posted a bug #570 with output of error log and tracked down the latest stable version of Fiji which runs 3D viewer correctly.

Latest stable version that correctly runs 3D viewer on Mac OS X is Build #3114 (Feb 15, 2013 9:47:43 AM). You can access it via http://jenkins.imagej.net/job/Stable-Fiji/

It would be interesting to know whether the same bug holds true across platforms

It is highly likely this bug is no longer relevant anymore, especially with the new "3D" update site serving a Java-8-compatible version of the 3D Viewer built on Java 3D 1.6.

Please reopen if it continues to be a problem.
