Description Frédéric Voisard 2014-03-24 00:40:31 CDT
I used to be able to change the width of a line by simply double clicking on the line on the image. A frame would appear and adjustments could be made. However, now, the frame appears to be invisible. I can see it is open, since it appears on my task-bar, but I can't bring the frame to the foreground. This makes the taking average plot profiles much longer. I don't know that the problem is from fiji, as by regular imageJ has the same issue.

thank you,

Frédéric Voisard

There are two ways to change the width of a line selection. You can open the "Line Width" widget by double clicking on the line tool icon in the toolbar and use it to set the global line width. Or you can type 'y' (Edit>Selection>Properties) to open the "Properties' dialog, which allows you to set the width of the current line selection. As far as I know, it has never been possible to set the width of a line selection by double clicking on the line itself.

It has never been possible to change the width of a line by double clicking on the line in the image. You have to double click on the line tool icon.
