I updated Fiji and after I re-opened it, TrackMate isn't working correctly -- it will not detect any spots no matter how low my threshold is. I'm not sure why this is happening all of a sudden as it was working perfectly before I updated it...any help would be appreciated.

I see that you have a couple modified files and that your Fiji follows the LOCI update site.

Just to make sure, could you download a fresh copy from http://fiji.sc/Downloads, install it somewhere else and try TrackMate with that Fiji? This will help us narrow down the problems.
