When trying to get SIOX segmentation plugin through a new install of Fiji-Pilsen, using the fiji updater, the downloading of fiji-libs fails with this message:

Installer failed: java.io.FileNotFoundException: http://pacific.mpi-cbg.de/update/jars/fiji-lib.jar-20091108155353
