first loaded a .csv file using "Import" in Thunderstorm plugin
after clicking the "Merge" button at the bottom of the "Thunderstorm: results"  window, I get a "java.lang.NullPointerException" error

Hi Eric. Thanks for the report; unfortunately the ThunderSTORM plugin is not distributed as part of Fiji.

To ensure the developer sees this report, I suggest opening an issue on the plugin's GitHub issue tracker:
