Description Paul Yuan 2016-03-15 16:13:02 CDT
It appears the latest update of FIJI has some glitches so that the "multipoint" selection can not be displayed correctly. The tool will work only when the image is not zoomed. If the image is zoomed, then adding a new point selection is not displayed on the image while the counting is continued.

This v1.50d regression is fixed in ImageJ 1.50h. Normally you could upgrade to v1.50h by using the Help>Update ImageJ command but it broke this morning because the image.nih.gov website is now encrypted.

Is there another way I can update to 1.50h now, or should I wait for the image.nih.gov to become accessible again?
Thanks!

What you can do is download ij.jar from

    https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/upgrade/ij.jar

copy it to the Fiji.app/jars folder, delete ij-1.50g.jar from the same folder and restart Fiji.

Thank you so much! It works nicely.
