Description Stephan Saalfeld 2010-02-03 09:52:19 CST
attaching a preprocessor script to patches freezes TrakEM2 and Fiji as a whole. While that frozen state ends at some point when attaching to a small number of patches (e.g. one layer), it stops everything when doing it for a large number of patches and never finishes.

As far as I know this is fixed now, by passing on the task to a thread other than the EventDispatchThread.
