Description Mark Longair 2010-08-01 15:06:31 CDT
I tried to create a tutorial with the "New Fiji Tutorial" option, but found after uploading that some of the links to images were broken - some issue with spaces / underscores, I suppose:

The tutorial is here:

  http://pacific.mpi-cbg.de/wiki/index.php/Simple_Neurite_Tracer:_Sholl_analysis

The images were successfully uploaded - e.g. the first one is:

  http://pacific.mpi-cbg.de/wiki/index.php/File:Simple_Neurite_Tracer-_Sholl_analysis-1.jpg

best regards,
mark

Thank you! This is fixed here: http://pacific.mpi-cbg.de/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi?p=fiji.git;a=commitdiff;h=01e006584be7ac3953fd7d2e1418278b6b9d289b

Explanation: when uploading the image, MediaWiki simply stripped the colon. That is why the images did not work. My manual fix for the wiki page actually also replaced the underscores with spaces, which was not necessary after all.
