Hi
I wanted to save the traced neurites into swc but this button doesn't seem to exist.
Best wishes

Again (as in issue 215): have you updated Fiji?
Comment 2 Yihwa Kim 2010-08-16 11:25:42 CDT
Hi, I have updated.
I actually installed everything today and during the installation process it asked me if I wanted to update, so I sad yes.
The thing I get when I click about Fiji is ImageJA1.44e

Best wishes

About previous error, sorry it might have been caused by closing the imagej 3d viewer..

Did you mean issue 215? Then you should add that comment there so we can close the issue.

You probably need to run update a second time.

Yihwa,

If, after doing as Johannes and Greg suggest, you can't find the button, could you check the following things:

  - Are you're definitely looking for the button in the Path Window and not the main tracing dialog?

  - If you resize the Path Window to make it bigger, does the button appear? It may be that the Path Window is not being sized correctly, and making it bigger allows the button to be shown.

many thanks,
mark
