At some point when drawing areas (arealists), it started to draw twice. see screenshot. restarting fiji didn't help

This is TrakEM2, of course, and a concise example to make it easy to reproduce would be smashing.

The problem here seems to be that there are two threads that add parts to the area - one on each mouse event and the interpolator thread that fills in between those points.

In this case it's the interpolator thread that is in the right place, and the individual points that are offset.

We don't know how to reproduce this at the moment, unfortunately, but possibly staring at the code for a bit will help.  (New AreaLists are unaffected, apparently.)

German: could you let us know whether this AreaList has the same double-drawing behaviour after closing the project and opening it again?

reopening the project or restarting fiji doesn't help. I uploaded the affected .xml file, where arealist #119 is a 'problematic one'

I think that the file you uploaded doesn't have any area lists in it.  Are you sure that's the one you meant to upload?

I think I've fixed this now: in one thread the inverse transformation was applied with concatenate() and in the other with preConcatenate().  Making both preConcatenate() fixes it for me.  Albert, could you check that this looks right to you and, if so, merge and release?  I pushed the fix to the 
double-brushing-fix branch:
