OS used: MS Windows XP (Service Pack 2).

Machine: HP EliteBook 85302 (32-bit laptop).

Last update performed on: Thursday, December 30th 2010.

Problem: after the last update and following restart of Fiji, the following
error window (with title ImageJA) appears,

Plugin configuration error: <Fiji root directory>/plugins/ToAST_.jar
Duplicate command: "Malaria Sporozoites (9.2MB)",i.plugin.URLOpener("http://pacific.mpi-cbg.de/samples/_malaria_parasites.tif") (already in Samples_.jar)

After closing that error window, the Fiji window is not visible. Its tab is there in the list of Windows tabs but it cannot be opened clicking on it.

Hmm. The main window _should_ appear!

As a workaround, can you please simply delete Fiji.app\plugins\ToAST_.jar and restart Fiji?

I am assuming that this bug was fixed in Fiji Madison. I cannot reproduce, at least...
