It is impossible to use the system Copy/Paste trough keyboard shortcuts to copy code from the Macro Recorder to a macro edited in the Script Editor window. Edit>Copy works though.

Important comment in bug 279 from Jan Eglinger:

Copy/Paste works if you switch to another application (by Cmd-Tab or clicking a
window) and then switching back to Fiji/the script editor.

I am afraid that this might be a Java bug, nothing we can fix nor work around.

With a workaround, and with ImageJ2 not too far off in the future, I would like to close this bug and try to make sure that it does not happen in IJ2's recorder.
