Hi, 
this has worked well before - Cell counter plugin won't scroll any more with ctrl+mousewheel after I click into a different window, for example to delete the last dot, or to add/remove a channel. I can scroll again once I make another dot - but I have no possibility to check before whether that dot would be good. I'm counting a 3D lump of cells and need to scroll back and forth a lot to make sure to not count cells twice.

Where did you get the Cell Counter from? It is not part of the plugins shipped with Fiji, and it can be very hard to debug plugins when the exact source code for that particular version is not available to the developer.

Sorry, I forgot that I had put in cell counter myself. I found a new version on the ImageJ website and installed it, and now it runs fine. I need to check for such updates myself, don't I?
