In Fiji, click on the Macros (folder) entry in the Plugins menu (on Mac OSX). A message window will be shown, saying "Unrecognized command: Macros".
Clicking on any other folder entry doesn't invoce a message, but is simply ignored, as I would expect for a folder entry in the menu.

This must be something specific to MacOSX. The only thing happening here is that it opens the submenu or closes it...

Come to think of it: if it still occurs, can you switch on IJ1's debug mode (Edit>Options>Misc, if I remember correctly) and try again? Maybe that has more information to go on...

This bug seems to have gone now. With current Fiji, everything works fine. I'll close the bug.
