I downloaded 92LUT´S... to documents,from there I tried to get it to Plugins of FIJI via Plugins/install plugin and got the reponse  92LUT`s...installed.But they are not in LUT table.
Do I have to rebuild them with LUTeditor,or is there another way for application of these LUTs ?

LUTs are *not* plugins, they are... LUTs. 
They should not be installed as plugins. 

Copy the LUTs to the /fiji/luts folder. restart the programme and they should appear under Image>Lookup Tables.
