The last step of the following ImageJ macro fails:

run("Confocal Series (2.2MB)");
run("Hyperstack to Stack");
run("Stack to Hyperstack...", "order=xyczt(default) channels=1 slices=10 frames=5 display=Grayscale");
run("Hyperstack to Stack");

This bug is fixed in ImageJ 1.46d. Use the Help>Update ImageJ command to upgrade to this version.
