To reproduce, take this macro:

run("Confocal Series (2.2MB)");
makeLine(30, 364, 354, 63);
run("Dynamic Reslice", " ");

The result image should be 442x25 with 2 channels,
but is 442x50 with 1 channel, where the original channels end up in interleaved lines.
