Using a Windows 64 bit. The last time I updated Fiji, a bug got in and I could not download fresh copy of Fiji. Tried multiple things but now after 2 weeks I am able to download and install Fiji. I m looking for the Trackmate plugin and I dont seem to find it anywhere - neither in the plugin nor the Comman launcher inspite of updating. Wondering if its specific to my computer.

Due to your update woes, Fiji might think that you uninstalled TrackMate. Please start the updater, go to the advanced mode, select "View all files" in the view options and type in "trackmate" in the search box. You should now be able to right-click on plugins/TrackMate_.jar and install it.
