Hi, my auto-update tonight seems to have killed the Macro Editor and the standard plugins under Scripting. There may be other things that don't work too, but the Scripting plugins were obvious because they cause error dialogs on startup. As an example, if I try a random Scripting plugin: Plugin or class not found: "Refresh_JRuby_Scripts" (java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Refresh_JRuby_Scripts) If I try to start a New> Macro (to get the editor) I get an Exception window: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(NativeMethodAccessorImpl$ ...(more stuff) The only new file (i.e. updated tonight) that I see in the Fiji package is fiji-compat-2.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar Will I have to re-install Fiji? Thanks, dg Information about your version of Java - this information is useful for the Fiji developers: os.arch => x86_64 os.name => Mac OS X os.version => 10.6.8 java.version => 1.6.0_37 java.vendor => Apple Inc. java.runtime.name => Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment java.runtime.version => 1.6.0_37-b06-434-10M3909 java.vm.name => Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM java.vm.version => 20.12-b01-434 java.vm.vendor => Apple Inc. java.vm.info => mixed mode java.awt.graphicsenv => apple.awt.CGraphicsEnvironment java.specification.name => Java Platform API Specification java.specification.version => 1.6 sun.cpu.endian => little sun.desktop => null file.separator => / The up-to-date check says: UP_TO_DATE Information relevant to JAVA_HOME related problems: JAVA_HOME is set to: null ij.dir => /Applications/Fiji.app Information about the version of each plugin: null
