When I start the measuring command it counts up to the high thousands and takes a week (and is still not complete) when I am using an image stack of about 250 images. Usually this takes a couple of hours and does not count that high in the processing...measuring count on the Fiji tab. I am able to measure other files; however, there are certain files that are not measuring properly.

Would you share an XML of that kind, to be able to reproduce the issue?
