PAvel reported this:

1. Once you start 3d Viewer your Fiji will sooner or later hang and has to be killed. That's a problem when you are afterwards running a long, two day job on it. Workaround - always restart Fiji after using 3d viewer.

2. Rotation works, scaling works, translation doesn't - specimen disappears god knows where.

3. If you want to record a 3d transformation, you have only one chance, you have to pick up your object (red box) move it with the mouse without releasing the button, find your new position, release the button and go to set transform (copy the matrix etc.) Any additional movement and the transformation is wrong. This is useful for reorienting specimen for movie rendering.

4. The transformation matrix is comma delimited which obviously prevents using commas a decimal points and yet they are used. Easy fix, but annoying.

Seems this list is not so reproducible. I'll check that with Stephan once this happens again...
