Hello,
I would like to make a 3D reconstruction of an axonal terminal containing many vesicles that I represented with the ball object. However, if the 3D viewer of Fiji sometimes shows them after a while (there must be several thousands of balls in total), the balls cannot be displayed with the other arealists (memory problem?) and fiji does not save the object properly in Wavefront format, and I cannot display it with 3d studio max. 3D viewer works with other ball objects when the number of balls is decreased. Is there any way to solve this problem, which seems to be a bug related to the quantity of balls I want to display?

Thank you very much in advance.
Best regards,

Marine Krzisch

Did you try on a machine with more physical RAM allocated to Fiji, and/or more RAM on the graphics card(s)?
