Well, the problem is that your ij-updater-ssh is not really up-to-date. The dependency ij-core of the updater just went through a couple of changes, most notably a refactoring of the plugin framework into scijava-common. Now, since I made Bug_Submitter depend on ij-updater-core directly (rather than going through Fiji_Updater.jar), ij-updater-core is actually newer than what is on the update site. But ij-updater-ssh is not, since it is installed by the updater itself, from the update site. As a work-around, I just added this call to Build.sh: ./modules/scijava-common/bin/maven-helper.sh \ net.imagej:ij-updater-ssh:2.0.0-SNAPSHOT Please pull; After that, uploading should work flawlessly again.
