The macro files contained in plugins/Macros/ do not appear in the Fiji menu upon startup. The same is true for any .txt and .ijm file in any subfolder of plugins/.

To see the missing menu entries, you have to run 'Help > Refresh Menus'.

I tested with an up-todate Fiji and with standalone ImageJ 1.47q, only Fiji is showing this issue.

I must have fixed this in the meantime because it works here.

Note that it does *not* work with .txt files and I intend to keep it that way. The file extension .txt is well-established to imply text files, not macro files. It was a mistake to support that file extension even partially for macro files. But .ijm works and we will keep it working, too.
