PointPicker (Analyze>Tools>PointPicker) works fine until you close the image you were using it on and then try to use PointPicker on a new image. Then the points don't appear when you click. Then, when you try to exit out of PointPicker to refresh it, the exit button (microscope with an arrow) doesn't do anything. This requires you to restart ImageJ to keep using PointPicker.

The point picker is actually not maintained by the Fiji team (the license allows us, specifically, to redistribute the code, but not to modify it). It is maintained by the Biomedical Imaging Group of the EPFL: http://bigwww.epfl.ch/thevenaz/pointpicker/. You might want to contact Philippe, he might be able to fix the issue.
