Description Ilan Tal 2014-06-09 08:46:38 CDT
The latest version of Fiji no longer supports Drag and Drop of folders with multiple DICOM slices in the folder.
It used to ask if I wanted to create a stack. Now it just ignores me.
I can still drag and drop individual images, but no longer a whole folder.

Hi Ilan,

You weren't getting any feedback because of internal errors related to https://github.com/imagej/imagej-legacy/issues/35

The next time we update Fiji, this issue should be resolved and ImageJ 1.x will be used to open the directory (and give you the dialog asking if you want a virtual stack, etc).

I also opened an issue to add support for directories in ImageJ2:
https://github.com/imagej/imagej-legacy/issues/35

Thanks for reporting this issue!

The latest Fiji should now delegate directories to ImageJ 1.x which will open as it always has, by asking if you wanted to create a stack.

Thanks Mark,
I don't I've ever seen such a fast resolution of a bug from the time it was reported until it was fixed. I am very impressed. Keep up the great work.

Ilan
