When submitting a bug via 'Help > Report a Bug' and misspelling the login credentials, the Bug Submitter complains about the failed login and then re-opens the Bug Report Form, but without the content.

It would increase the user experience if the information the user was providing was kept even in the event of a failed login attempt.
