I created a polygon roi that exceeds the image range and typed `f' with black color selected.  Result: the image vanished completely.  Doing the exact same with white color, made the selected part reappear.  I don't get the logic here ;)

I understood this phenomenum at some point and pushed a fix.
Have you tried it recently?

I am assuming this has been fixed.
